What this site is

An unofficial poll made for fun. It is not a scientific survey, and the results do not represent any population. Anyone can vote, visitors can vote more than once, and results can be influenced by a small number of people. To make the site look alive at launch, the totals include a set of randomly generated sample votes. The number is shown in the footer of every page, and real votes are counted on top of it.

Voting rules

• Vote by hand. Scripts, bots, automated tools and other ways of casting votes in bulk are not allowed.
• Don't try to get around the limits (currently up to 100 votes per day and a few per minute from one network), including by rotating connections or addresses.
• Votes are placed on the map by an estimate of your location from your IP address. The estimate is often wrong, especially on a VPN, on mobile data or at work. Don't rely on it.
• We may remove votes, block visitors, change the limits or reset the results at any time and without notice, including when we suspect abuse.

Using the site

• Don't attack, overload, probe or try to break into the site, and don't collect its data with automated tools beyond what ordinary search engines do.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
• The site is meant for people aged 13 and older.

Presidents, pictures and facts

• The portraits are stylized cartoon illustrations created with AI tools. They are not photographs and don't claim to show how anyone looked.
• This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any president, their families or estates, presidential libraries, political parties, campaigns or any government body. Names are used only to identify the people on the ballot.
• The short biographies summarize public information and may contain mistakes or be out of date. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll look at it.
• The site is not political advice, and a vote or a ranking here is not an endorsement of anyone.

Sharing

You may share your vote card and the leaderboard cards. Please don't present them as the result of an official or scientific poll, and don't edit them to misstate the results. When you post to a social network, that network's own terms and privacy rules apply, and we don't control them.

Privacy

What we store and why is explained in the privacy policy. It is part of these terms.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind. We don't promise it will always work, be accurate, be secure, keep your vote or keep the results. Counts can be wrong, delayed, or lost.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including from results, shared cards, or links to other sites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
